An art installation honoring G20 members has been erected at the World Trade Center in Downtown Manhattan. Many New Yorkers have taken offense at one sculpture in particular. The Candy of Nations art installation included G20 member Saudi Arabia's flag and the phrase "There is no god but Allah, and Mohammed is the prophet,” a phrase attributed to the alleged hijackers of 9/11. Surely someone must have known this would stir controversy. Ole Dammegard joins me from his home in Spain to evaluate the art and its symbolism.
