Ross Ulbricht has been given a life sentence for non-violent crimes related to the creation of a website. Rapist, murderers and terrorists have receive lighter sentences. HIs mother Lyn has become an activist. For the past six years she has been shining a light on the growing practice of prosecutorial misconduct. Unconstitutional transgressions have lead to unjust sentences destroying many lives. Lyn does all this all while she struggles with a monumental legal battle intended to commute her son's sentence. She joins me again today to discuss the gross Constitutional violations the Government engaged in to incarcerate Ross seven years ago.
