Ghost Town USA – Downtown LA: Scary on a Good Day

I moved back to NYC from Los Angeles in 2013, perhaps at or near the height of DTLA's "revitalization". If you haven't been, the title says it all. I first noticed tent lined streets overrun by homeless encampments in downtown LA in 2018. This is the my first time back roaming the streets since then.
