Is General Mike Flynn's Brother Joseph Flynn A Malicious Social Engineer?

Joseph Flynn is the brother of General Michael Flynn and the director of a non-profit registered to his personal residence. This interaction was prompted by a rude Tweet from Joe in which he expressed his dissatisfaction with my opinion of attorney Steven Biss. I would be surprised if you do not lose respect for the entire Flynn family after hearing this phone call. This is such an unimpressive performance by Joe, it is really disheartening.
